Made-to-Order Products

Our products are made to order through our printing and fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

• Incorrect colors or designs selected by the customer

• Accidental orders that have already entered production

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible unless required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for your refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
